How long will my brownies stay fresh?

Our brownies are baked fresh and stay delicious for up to 10 days at room temperature, 3 weeks in the refrigerator, or up to 3 months when stored in the freezer.

When will my order ship?

To ensure maximum freshness, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days of being placed.

Do you offer options for people with nut allergies?

While we offer flavors without nut ingredients, all of our products are prepared in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! Once your order has been packaged and scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

What is the best way to enjoy my Buckeye Brownies?

For the ultimate experience, we recommend heating your brownie in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to achieve a warm, gooey center.
